YOUTH GROUP
EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 7 PM
We intend to arm this generation with truth, power, and unity that comes only from Christ so that “when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground” (Ephesians 6:13).
Every Wednesday night at 7:00, we offer a time for young people to accomplish these three goals: truth, power and unity in Christ. This time is set aside for our young people to be able to worship, learn more about God, strengthen their walk with Him and have fun together. Youth group is held in the youth room at Harvest Church.

THE YOUTH GROUP’S VISION:
“We will participate and engage our church, our neighborhood, our community with the sole purpose of fulfilling God’s mission to redeem a broken world. We will do this through love, through discipleship of ourselves and others, and most importantly through the name of Jesus Christ, in the power of the Holy Spirit, who is an advocate for us and the Kingdom of God.”
THE YOUTH CORE
GOD:
Everything we do is centered on God and His precepts.
JESUS:
He is foundational to all we do and exemplifies truth as the Living Word.
Holy Spirit:
We are always striving for direction through the active presence of the Holy Spirit.
Word:
As a group we are Bible focused so as to grow into strong followers of Jesus Christ.
Growth:
We will grow both spiritually and numerically being an irresistible agent of God’s redemptive work in our world.
Love:
In order to do the above we love like Jesus commands us to love in the Great Commandment found in Matt. 22:36-39
Church:
We believe the Church is the primary presence of Christ in our world today so we will do all we can to preserve the Church’s unity and to fulfill it’s mission.
