Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Sarah Johns is the coordinator for the Power Kids room. She works with awesome teacher volunteers to provide our preschoolers with age appropriate Biblical teaching, crafts, games and fellowship with other children. Sarah has been involved with Children’s Ministry for most of her life, starting as a teen, helping with Sunday School. Sarah is from Sioux Falls and married her high school sweetheart, Jason, over 10 years ago. Together they have two daughters and provide foster care for children through the State of South Dakota. Sarah shares, “The opportunity to serve children and plant seeds for Christ in young hearts is so important. In Power Kids we teach about the Bible and work on having Godly relationships in a fun environment!”

Isaac & Angie

Schmeling, Isaac & Angela
Care Pastor, Head Greeters and Audio Visual
Isaac & Angie Schmeling have been married for 6 years and have two daughters, Jazzmyne and Jocelyn. Isaac has been the outreach minister for Church of the Harvest but recently moved into the role of Care Pastor. He is also the Head Greeter. Angie also works at the church as administrative support and oversees our audio/visual department. They enjoy being a part of a ministry that is alive and speaks the truth.

Tim & Carissa

Schoffelman, Tim & Carissa
Creative Director and Worship Pastor
Tim & Carissa Schoffelman have been married since 2003 and have one son, Eli. Carissa has been involved in worship since her teenage years and took over leading worship at Church of the Harvest in 2004. She also works as the Church Administrator. Tim oversees the technical, promotional and creative aspects within the church.

Theresa VanLaar

VanLaar, Theresa
Wee Wons (nursery) Coordinator Theresa is our nursery coordinator. She grew up in Sioux Falls and graduated from Lennox High School. In 2003, she was married to her husband, Corey, and together they have a son named Trent. Theresa has been working in a child care center since 2003 where she is now head teacher in the infant room.
